Freedom

We are starting to give Up And Over more freedom around the house.  He gets along very well with our other greyhounds and he is getting more and more settled each day.  His housetraining has gone perfectly... no accidents what so ever.  He is an excellent walking companion and loves to hike.  He will jog 2 - 3 miles, but he is probably best for walking especially in the summer.  He travels very well in a vehicle.  Up And Over has a very sweet and friendly personality.  He sometimes gives kisses and enjoys being loved on.

Small Dogs

I introduced Up And Over to my parents' two small mixed breeds and an Italian greyhound.  He did great!

Look Who Can Sit

Up And Over is learning some basic obedience.  I have taught him to down and we are working on down stays.  And he has also learned to sit.  Check it out...

Handsome Fella

All in all, Up And Over is doing just fine.  He is a big, fun, confident dog.  He does not appear to be afraid of anything and is eager to try new things and to investigate new places.  He travels very well in our SUV.  Settles right now and sleeps for most of the trip.  He loves hiking and going for walks.

At home, he crates very well.  He gets along well with our other greyhounds.  He is easy to handle for brushing his teeth and dremeling his nails.  He does fine on slippery floors and has had no problem with our stairs.

Pearly Whites

Up And Over's teeth are in great shape and will be very easy to maintain because he is very good about having his teeth brushed.

Sexy Dog

You have to admit that Up And Over is quite the sexy dog. Very handsome and good looking!

At least he does not let it all go to his head... he is also a very sweet boy.



Toys

Up And Over enjoys playing with stuffy toys and enjoys chasing toys we drag for him with a lunge whip.  He seems to have a medium energy level.  He enjoys going for walks, but once he has settled in and is relaxed with his routine and new life, I think he will be a fairly lazy boy.
